Silk or Mink Eyelash Extensions - what's the difference?

We often get the question;  do you use mink or silk?

All lashes for lash extensions are made from a material called PBT – Polybutylene terephthalate, it is a thermoplastic semi-crystalline polymer and a type of polyester. PBT is resistant to solvents, shrinks very little during forming, is mechanically strong and heat-resistant up to 150 °. The PBT is very heat resistant and mechanically strong and therefore widely used for Eyelash extension fibers.

Due to its strengths and flexibility, PBT is often used to create soft brushes, such as make-up brushes, toothbrushes and other areas where soft hair-like materials are desirable, and of course, Eyelash Extensions.

The quality in the PBT used to make Lashia's Eyelashes, and the strict product control during production, makes our lashes some of the finest quality lashes on the market.
